2. How To Apply For 2018/2019 Mastercard Foundation Scholarship (MCFS) at MCGill University Canada.

1.        Mastercard Foundation is partnering with MCGill University, Canada to offer 100% free Undergraduate  scholarship to Africa students who are from economically disadvantaged communities but could not continue as a result of poor family background, for 2018/2019 academic session.

3. Brief description : The Mastercard Foundation Scholarship Programme(MCFSP) for African students is now open for candidates who wants to apply at MCGill University  for 2019/2020 academic year.

5.  In addition to financial support, Scholars are provided with a comprehensive support network that includes an array of mentoring and support services to ensure each student’s academic success, community service engagement and transition to socially relevant employment opportunities, when they return to Africa at the conclusion of their studies.

12. *Must be a resident and a citizen of sub-Saharan Africa
13. *Must have strong academic performance 
14. *Must demonstrate interest and capacity for voluntary services and school/community activities
15. *Must posses leadership potential
16. *Will be willing to cope with change and have interest foreign countries and culture
17. *Must be financially unstable and from lowest income bracket in country of origin
18. *Must be willing to return to serve their home country and enhance economic growth and social development at the end of the program
19. * Must have successfully completed their secondary education  with good grades
20. *Transfer students are not eligible
21. *Must meet up with academic qualifications for admission into MCGill University, Canada.
